•    I started cooking dried beans a couple of yrs ago based on your stated reasons - too much salt and other concerns about canned beans. Also, dried beans are nuch more economical - it's like 3 cans in one bag.  And I freeze the like you said you could - who knew?
•    I was diagnosed with cancer in March 2010.  Since then I have followed the New American Plate and introduced foods which have been researched and have been found to be beneficial for the prevention of cancer.

•    I've educated myself in several different places, such as the Wellness Center in Charlotte, so I don't know if I can give all the credit for change in my eating habits to the Cancer Dietitian articles, but they certainly do mesh well with what I've learned and give great recipes. It's nice for info to blend and not totally flip flop from one idea to a different one. Nutrition is very interesting to me! I eat many more vegetable,fruit,and fiber servings daily.

•    HER2 type cancer: There does not appear to be very much information on which foods are beneficial for this type of cancer (I believe this is Protein based).

•    Alcohol as it relates to increasing cancer risk and the recommendations for alcohol consumption if a cancer survivor.  I still receive alot of questions in regards to soy for the breast cancer survivor  Vegetarian diets for cancer prevention, survivors?
•    Use of olive oil in cooking (benefits and safety)  Healthy snacks to pick up at groc (best crackers)  coconut oil - recommend or not

•    There are so many people with diet restrictions, perhaps addressing different common conditions, and how to modify diet with respect to fighting cancer - i.e., if you have to avoid wheat, what can you substitute; if you have to avoid tomatoes and citrus, what can you eat to get the same nutrition, etc.
•    Healthy desserts..that aren't *just* fruit.
