Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie with Nutrition Supplement Drink (Canva)

Turn your smoothie into a sweet treat! You can vamp up your nutrition supplement like Boost, Ensure, Carnation Instant Breakfast, etc. to a tasty beverage. By adding chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas, you are getting extra antioxidants from the cocoa powder, protein from the peanut butter, and nutrients from the bananas.

You can also use milk or soymilk instead of a nutrition supplement beverage, and you can throw in some spinach for a ‘green’ smoothie!

Scale
  • 1 8- oz vanilla Ensure (Boost, etc.)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all.
