
Caramel Dip
Ingredients

- 8 oz. package dried, pitted dates
- 7 oz. coconut milk (about ½ can)
- Apples slices (for serving)
Instructions
- Place dates and coconut milk in a food processor and blend for 1 min.
- Turn off the food processor and scrape the edges of the container with a spatula then continue to blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed for desired consistency.
- Place caramel sauce in bowl and serve with apple slices.
