- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 TB cooking oil or butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Measure flour into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Incorporate the wet ingredients in with the flour and beat to form a batter.
- Ladle batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook waffles until golden brown and crisp.
