Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TB cooking oil or butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Measure flour into a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Incorporate the wet ingredients in with the flour and beat to form a batter.
  4. Ladle batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook waffles until golden brown and crisp.
