Moroccan Spiced Apples with Pita
- 4 apples (chopped)
- 1–2 TB fresh ginger (peeled, and grated or minced)
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Pita (cut into triangles and toasted)
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine apples, ginger, olive oil, allspice, cinnamon, curry powder, and kosher salt in bowl and mix to coat apples with spices.
- Place apple mixture evenly onto a greased baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes, until ginger is caramelized and apples are tender.
