Creamy Dijon Dill Sauce Recipe from Chef Don

December 13, 2018 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

Chef Don from The Stocked Pot taught us how to make this super easy version of Dill Sauce to go with our Salmon Coulibiac. I like that you can make it with dried dill weed because I don’t usually have the fresh around.

He also gave us this tip for getting the most flavor out of dried herbs:

Crush up the herbs in your hands before you put it in the dip and it brings out the flavor!

You could use sour cream or even plain greek yogurt in it’s place.

Enjoy!
