- 1 can reduced sodium tuna in water, drained
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Add tuna, beans, olives, tomatoes and capers. Stir to combine.
- Eat alone or serve over greens.
