Med-Tuna Salad Recipe!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can reduced sodium tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper
 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.

  2. Add tuna, beans, olives, tomatoes and capers. Stir to combine.

  3. Eat alone or serve over greens.
