- 3 cup vanilla soy milk or cow’s milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2–1 tablespoon maple syrup, to sweeten
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- In a blender, add milk, vanilla, maple syrup, ground turmeric, cinnamon, cloves and mix
- Heat mixture in microwave or on stove
- Enjoy!
