August 19, 2020 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

I hosted the August Cook to Thrive! Survivorship Cooking Class today at noon. What a fun group! All in total, we had 34 people who joined in with me. Lots of great questions and the recipes are delicious, if I say so myself!

Check out the recording here!

Thanks to Intern Elise for helping to get me prepared for the class, and to Intern Courtney for hosting and moderating while I cooked!
