Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

I was skeptical about this recipe, but I was pleasantly surprised! Feel free to make your own pumpkin puree if you are feeling up to it!

Pumpkin Smoothie

Try this healthy smoothie recipe for breakfast or a thanksgiving treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ cup yogurt 
  • ½ cup milk 
  • ¼ tsp vanilla 
  • ¼  tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon 
  • 3 TB of maple syrup
  • optional: handful of spinach

Instructions

Blend everything together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Taste test it. You can add more spices or sweetness for more flavor and increase the milk or yogurt for proper consistency.
