Our March cooking class theme was Treatment Side Effect Recipes! In this class, we created three easy and quick recipes to make when your cancer treatment has created unpleasant side effects.
In the class, we discussed different side effects that cancer patients might experience during treatment and how the foods you eat can help those symptoms.
Here’s what we made:
Gingerbread Muffins

This muffin is super easy to make and it has one of the best-known flavors, ginger! Not only does ginger have a good flavor but it is also can treat nausea. This muffin recipe could be used as a snack or a cure to nausea due to your treatment! Try it out!
