Fall Cooking Class Recording & Recipes!

September 29, 2022 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

I had SO MUCH FUN learning from Angela last night. She is certainly a much more skilled chef than I am, and her energy and excitement made me want to immediately go home and make these recipes!

Just so you know, Angela Dennison, RD, LDN is another awesome oncology dietitian who works for a non-profit cancer support agency! She works for Wellness House in Chicago area. When you watch the recording, you will see the amazing facility she has to do her cooking classes in!

Angela used to work for Whole Foods, so she definitely has a love for all things food, but also has the nutrition training and expertise to answer all your nutrition questions. I loved how she offered us a variety of options to tailor the recipes based on what you already have in your pantry/kitchen.

If you missed it, here’s a link to the recording!  You will definitely want to try these yummy recipes!

Here are the recipe links:

The Most Amazing Butternut Squash Soup

Easy Baked Artichokes

Let me know how these work out for you! And I would love to hear from any of you who enjoy artichokes as to your favorite way to eat them, or include them in recipes.

Happy Fall!!
