{Free Webinar} Fighting Cancer With Your Fork! Wednesday, Jan 18th 8pm ET

January 12, 2023 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

Happy New Year Friends!! I am smack dab in the middle of the Eat the Rainbow challenge, and I know many of you are participating! If you want to check out the information, you can find it under the “eat the rainbow” category of articles.

You can also listen to the Eat the Rainbow information via my podcast! I’ve been updating it weekly with the topic of the week. Just subscribe to The Cancer Dietitian podcast wherever you like to listen!

I’ve got a lot of plans for programs in 2023. I’ll be doing nutrition webinars every other month, and releasing recipe videos every other month. I’m excited that Angela Dennison, from Wellness House in Chicago, will be helping out with the recipe videos.

I love collaborating with other dietitians. It makes my job way more fun! You’ll remember her from our September cooking class! She taught me all kinds of great tricks!

Please join me for my January webinar – Fighting Cancer With Your Fork!

I will discuss the most researched foods when it comes to nutrition and cancer. I’ll talk you through the current evidence-based recommendations for a survivor diet and probably bust some myths as we go along!

Wednesday, January 18th at 8 pm ET

Plan for an hour, but I’m happy to stay on after to answer any questions you have.

REGISTER FOR THE JOINING LINK!

Topics to be discussed:

  • Evidence based recommendations regarding nutrition for survivorship and cancer risk reduction.
  • Specific foods that have been studied for cancer risk reduction
  • Recommendations on what your overall food intake pattern should be for optimal health

The webinar will be recorded and available afterwards. Recording posted on cancerdietitian.com and also the Cancer Dietitian YouTube channel!

Hope to “see you” there!

-Julie
