Overnight Oats

June 12, 2024 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

These delicious and super easy overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings, and days you are on the go. This recipe is filling, and satisfying, making it the perfect breakfast! They are surprisingly convenient and can be eaten at home, work, or even in the car. These oats can also be meal prepped for the whole week making breakfast simple!

Feel free to add your favorite toppings to make the flavor pop! Some of my favorite things to add are frozen berries, honey, and nut butter!
