    Thank you for all that you do for us. I have GIST cancer and on Imatinib for life. I also have dumping syndrome and have to be very careful as to what I eat. Sugar is very bad for me so I have a low sugar diet. I have to watch dairy. No fried or fatty foods. Nuts do not agree with me. I am fighting to gain weight! Do you have any suggestions for meals that have calories, low sugar and low dairy.
