Nourish & Thrive! Self-Growth Survey

April 16, 2025 By Dani Foust

Thank you for participating in Nourish & Thrive: A Mindful Eating Journey for Cancer Survivors! Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored how mindful eating can help you reconnect with your body, find joy in food, and cultivate a sense of nourishment without guilt or restriction.

As we wrap up the series, we invite you to take a few moments to complete this post-survey. This will help us understand your experience, track any changes in your mindful eating habits, and improve future programs. The program pre and posttest are part of a graduate research study through Virginia Tech University Nutrition Department in partnership with Cancer Dietitian (Cancer Services, Inc.) Julie Lanford.

Your responses will remain completely confidential and anonymous, and results are only shared in academic writing. The data collected will be used solely for research and program improvement, and your identity will never be disclosed. The survey should take just 5–10 minutes to complete, and your participation is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your time!
