Register for FREE Webinar and Eat the Rainbow Summer Edition!

May 13, 2025 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

Happy MAY! I am pretty excited about summer this year, growing some herbs and veggies in my home garden, and enjoying the warmer weather. I’m also planning to do some more writing, as I am fortunate to have added 2 new amazing women to my team at Cancer Services, Inc (the non profit I work for, and who makes this website possible!). One of these women is Dara Kurtz, from Crazy Perfect Life. Check out my interview with her here!

Having new team members brings energy, expertise and more time for me to get back to doing the Cancer Dietitian stuff I love – writing and speaking!

Speaking of “speaking”…. my next webinar is Wednesday, May 14th at 1pm Eastern Time!

The topic is Plant Based Eating Made Easy and I share all my hacks on how to eat more plants without taking all your time, energy and MONEY!

REGISTER HERE!

Also coming up is the kick off of my Eat the Rainbow SUMMER EDITION!

This program is a 12 Week Self-Guided Online Program

Begins Monday, June 9th

I will send you weekly messages that encourage you to follow a more plant-based diet! I share yummy recipes centered on seasonal produce and explains the facts and myths surrounding fruits and vegetables as well as the benefits they have for cancer survivors and anyone interested in good old healthy eating!

We will have a “graduation” in August and where I’ll make some of the recipes from the challenge! My goal is to offer the graduation in hybrid format in an awesome cooking kitchen I’ve had the priviledge of using the last 18 months.

REGISTER HERE!

I hope you can join me for one or both of these!

-Julie
