There’s no reason you have to completely eliminate the foods and beverages that you enjoy. Finding a balance is an important way to use nutrition to support your quality of life. Unless you just enjoy completely avoiding added sugars, then including some delicious sugar and saturated fat filled treats is a completely appropriate way of approaching your nutrition plan.
Remember that it’s the overall pattern of eating that matters, rather an any individual foods you do or don’t eat.
