Yogurt Bark Recipe

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tub (32 oz) nonfat Greek yogurt, plain or flavor of your preference
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of nonsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) . Spread on the pre-lined baking sheet
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Layer the strawberries on top and sprinkle the coconut and chocolate chips
  4. Freeze for a least 3 hours. To serve, cut into square-like pieces. Store frozen
