Register Today! Protein Webinar & Eat the Rainbow Program

July 23, 2026 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

I’m excited to announce two programs available this month! I have a webinar (yes, it will be recorded and posted on my website!). Our focus this quarter is on protein. I hosted a protein focused cooking class in June, and you’ll remember my protein article from May: Myth Buster: You Don’t Need a High Protein Diet.

Join me next week and I’ll talk you through what current protein recommendations are, what some current trends are and the evidence (or spoiler alert: lack of evidence).

Nourish and Thrive: Nutrition Webinar

Thursday, July 29, 1pm ET

Join me for a FREE nutrition webinar on Protein! We will discuss how much protein cancer survivors need to thrive!

We will also cover hot topics related to protein, like creatine supplementation, peptides, and vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian eating plans.

And this week I kicked off our annual tradition of doing my 12 week Eat the Rainbow Fruit & Vegetable challenge!

Eat the Rainbow!

A self-led 12-week email-based program designed to help you increase your fruit and vegetable intake! Invite your friends and family to do it with you!

It’s not too late to join! We just started this week!

Wondering what this is about? Check out our first week information!

What about how to add more fruits and vegetables into your diet? Lastly, with all of the conflicting … [Read more…]

I hope you will join me for one or both of these programs. If you have ideas or suggestions on topics I should cover in the fall, please let me know. I’m still TBD regarding what nutrition topic I’m going to focus on and would love to know what you’re interested in.

Have a great day!
