The truth is that there is no single food, or food substance that can prevent or cure cancer. But there are many beneficial foods! Health Protector Foods I think the most important part of healthy eating is to include the foods that provide your body with the nourishment it needs to function at its best. May 11, 2017 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

So originally I was going to make this article the "Top 5 at Trader Joe's". Which OBVIOUSLY is absolutely impossible. Ha! So what was supposed to be a 2 minute video turned into 5 minutes. But I love all these items so much! And no... they aren't even paying me to do this. Although maybe they should. October 11, 2016 By Julie Lanford MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

There’s been a lot of hype about cabbage lately and its cancer-fighting abilities. Decades ago cabbage soup was claimed to be a miracle food. The “Cabbage Soup Diet”, which involves eating cabbage 3x per day for at least 7 days, has been used by fad dieters as an attempt to lose weight … [Read more...]

Apricot Pits and Vitamin B17: Can They Cure Cancer?

April 14, 2016 By Webmaster

This is a guest post from Suzanne Dixon, MPH, MS, RD, dietitian and author of NoNutritionFear.com. Suzanne is someone who has been one of my "go-to research/evidence interpretation people" for much of my career. She has a master's degree in epidemiology and stays on top of the data regarding nutrition and cancer. I have had people ask me this question, so when I saw Suzanne's explanation, I thought it was great! I figured my readers would like to know the truth.   What's … [Read more...]
