2014 is here and many of you have set new year's resolutions. For the most part, I am not a fan of resolutions, because they are usually completely unrealistic OR they are ineffective because they are not specific enough. Fitness Goals and Healthy Desserts!
Many times we go through our days without focusing on what our goals are or what we want to accomplish. We might have an idea of what we would like to "be" or "do", but don't necessarily identify the steps needed to get there. You don't want to be goal driven all the time as that can be stressful!
