Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs broccoli (about 1 med bunch trimmed and cut into spears)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1–2 Tbsp curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a resealable bag, combine broccoli spears, balsamic vinegar, and curry powder. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes or up to one hour.
  2. Remove broccoli from bag and drizzle with olive oil and Kosher salt. Grill over moderately high heat, rotating every few minutes, for about 8-10 minutes or until broccoli is slightly tender and lightly charred. Enjoy!
