- 1 ½ lbs broccoli (about 1 med bunch trimmed and cut into spears)
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1–2 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- In a resealable bag, combine broccoli spears, balsamic vinegar, and curry powder. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes or up to one hour.
- Remove broccoli from bag and drizzle with olive oil and Kosher salt. Grill over moderately high heat, rotating every few minutes, for about 8-10 minutes or until broccoli is slightly tender and lightly charred. Enjoy!
