Over the years, I’ve had several people ask me about alkaline water. FINALLY, I did a video to set the record straight!
Bottom Line:
Alkaline water does not kill cancer. Our kidneys and lungs keep our pH tightly regulated. What we eat and drink does cannot significantly change our body pH. If it did change significantly, we would need to go to the hospital!
But don’t worry – alkaline water won’t harm your body… just make your wallet smaller. ; – )
Here are two articles I wrote a few years ago on the acid/alkaline diet:
Acid/Alkaline Diet for Cancer? The Evidence, or Lack of.
Acidic Foods and Alkaline Foods – Knowing the Difference
Hope that’s helpful!

Thanks for this wonderful information you wrote it really helps. Thanks for sharing
lol. Alkaline water may not kill cancer but tap water contains fluoride which is known to be poisonous toxin. Tap water also contains sand and rust and many other impurities that are harmful. It also allows your blood to flow more rapidly which is essential for people that have bad circulation and clogged arteries. Here is a test for you. Look at a drop of your blood under a micro scope. Then drink a glass of alkaline water and look at another sample of your blood under the microscope. There is a very clear difference between the way the blood cells move before and after. And if nothing else it just taste better!
Really Travis!! How long do you need to wait to look at the blood under the microscope. Is there a paper written about this? If so could you reply with the reference.
I actually found out about this 7 years ago when I walked into a mini market owned by an older Asian women. She had a banner on the wall advertising alkaline water. I was curious about it. We actually did the experiment right there in the back she had a table set up with a microscope and one of those pens that you prick your finger with to test blood sugar. After I did the experiment I stopped drinking bottled water and started drinking alkaline. I have more energy and better looking skin ever since.
Just about everything can be a “poisonous toxin” if taken in too high a dose. Try swallowing a bottle of aspirin and see what happens. It would be misleading misinformation to characterize aspirin as a poisonous toxin. Likewise for fluoride. Fluoride in the right concentrations prevents tooth decay and builds stronger (less often broken) bones.
